No, the price we quote you is the price you will be charged, there will never be any added fees added! All of our add-on treatments are optional and we do not use high-pressure sales tactics to force you into an upsell.

We use the VLM method (Very Low Moisture), so your carpets will not be soaked and they are typically dry within 1 hour. The same goes for upholstery and area rugs! Not only that, but you can walk on your carpet or rugs and sit on your furniture immediately after we’ve finished cleaning. Although it will likely still be damp, walking or sitting on it will not harm you, your pets, or the carpet and/or furniture.

(If there are areas of concern that require additional attention, those areas may take more time to fully dry.)

We are not a steam cleaner, we use the VLM/encapsulation method with uses significantly less water than your typical steam cleaner. This results in much shorter dry times, eliminates the risk of mold and mildew growth, and provides our exceptional results!

Yes, our citrus cleaner is effective at removing both stains and odors. For those extra tough odors, we also offer deodorizer treatments which are applied after cleaning to really bring back the freshness!

The time to complete each job varies depending on the size of your home and what you’re we’re cleaning for you, but a typical job lasts between 1 and 2 hours.

VLM (Very Low Moisture) cleaning uses a citrus-based encapsulation solution that binds to dirt and oils in your carpet fibers. Instead of soaking the carpet like steam cleaning does, VLM uses minimal water and gentle agitation to lift soils to the surface. As it dries, the solution forms a light crystal around the dirt, preventing it from reattaching to the fibers. A simple vacuuming then removes those bonded crystals, leaving your carpet clean, soft, and dry in about an hour. Steam cleaning relies on heavy water and suction to separate dirt, but can overwet fibers and backing, often causing slow dry times and re-soiling once the carpet is walked on again.

Carpet protectant acts as a temporary barrier that helps resist stains, spills, and soil from bonding to carpet fibers. It works much like a water-repellent coating on outdoor gear, liquids bead up on the surface, giving you time to blot them before they soak in. It also reduces friction in the fibers, meaning dry soil (like dust or pet dander) vacuums up more easily and doesn’t wear the carpet as quickly.

However, protectant isn’t a magic shield. It won’t make your carpet completely stain-proof, and it doesn’t stop permanent damage from things like bleach, rust, or pet urine that’s allowed to sit. The protective layer also wears off over time, especially in high-traffic areas or with aggressive scrubbing, so it needs to be reapplied periodically to stay effective.

In short, carpet protectant is most valuable for busy homes, pet owners, or high-traffic areas, but it’s optional for rooms that see little use. It doesn’t replace regular cleaning, but it can make future cleanings more effective and help your carpet look newer for longer.
